I must be crazy, because I'm really looking forward to this. The visuals remind me of a Hammer production, which is a compliment. Maybe shooting in 3D wasn't a great idea, but I'm glad he's working with Tavioli again.

Harsh on ROTLD 2 which i always thought was a fun flick.

Apart from Bobby and his idea that throwing a plant in it's pot at a door will open it the sequal is truly woeful and the pacing is shocking. That puppet demon shit goes on for days.

Demons is still great though. I wouldn't be appaled at a remake upping the ante with demons as even though i love it , it is pretty sloppy in places.

First off, the cat is not satan, It's Beheemoth, part of Satan's entourage. That being said the animation looks ok, but in my opinion this book should be adapted in black in white and even better if it was in stop motion. It would look absolutly gorgeous in stop-motion animation. Of course, i will be cxhecking out this adaptation, it looks interesting.

I met Soi in Toronto when Accident played here and we talked about this movie then. I asked how they were going to get permits for the street racing scenes. His answer? They weren't. I don't know if they actually followed through on this but at the time they planned to shoot them all guerrilla style.

Three years in the making, it's finally arriving!

As for the comparisons to Drive, I can see the reason why. But Motorway deserves to be mentioned by its' own merits cause technically the concept of Motorway was conceived a few years earlier before going into production in September 2009. That was exactly one year before Drive was shot (September 2010).
